• Provide sound financial management
   

• Maintain a stable, experienced and competent group of committee members and volunteers
   

• Be aware of the changing interests of our Community and Members so as to cater for their needs without bias or discrimination
   

• Comply with all rules, regulations and the Law
   

• Maintain our membership in the Good Sports Program, which supports community sporting clubs to be safe, healthy and family friendly environments

Football and Netball

• Actively remove barriers for men and women from within or outside our Community to participate safely and enjoy the sport of football and netball and its social benefits
   

• Provide a pathway for junior footballers and netballers aspiring to compete at the senior level
   

• Appoint skilled and respected coaches and trainers
   

• Develop local juniors’ talents so as to equip them with the skills to excel in their chosen sport
   

• Provide a Club environment that fosters a sense of mateship amongst the entire playing group both on and off the field
   

• Develop and mentor our players and supporters to be respectful of Umpires, Officials and opposing Clubs
   

• Play football and netball in the spirit of the game
